Paul F. Wasser

Paul F. Wasser serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Dominican Village Independent and Assisted Living since August 2015, providing strategic leadership and fostering ethical business practices. Wasser is an active member of the National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL) Board since October 2019 and has held the position of Board Chairman for the New York State Center of Assisted Living since April 2017, advocating for the Assisted Living Industry in New York State. Previously, Wasser served as a State Leader for NCAL, where responsibilities included governance and representation at the national level. Academic contributions include serving as an Adjunct Professor at Briarcliff College, teaching courses in Health Care Administration. Prior professional roles include Executive Director at Somerset Gardens Senior Living and Associate Director of Rehabilitation at Orthopedic Associates of Manhasset. Educational background includes an MBA in Health Care Management from Dowling College and a B.S. in Health Administration from St. Joseph's University, among other qualifications.
