Marnie Lobel

Marnie Lobel is an experienced attorney with over twenty-three years of investigative and trial experience. Currently serving as the Assistant Director at the New York State Insurance Fund since April 2023, Marnie previously held the position of Chief of Crimes Against Revenue Unit and Assistant District Attorney at the Queens District Attorney's Office from March 1999 to October 2022. Key strengths include leading multi-agency investigations, designing investigative plans, and managing caseloads from preliminary intelligence through court filings. Marnie holds a Juris Doctorate from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Delaware.
