Michael Satterthwaite

Michael Satterthwaite is a dedicated educator currently serving as the Lead Social Studies Teacher at Nysmith School since August 2023. With extensive experience in both education and investigative roles, Michael previously worked as a Field Manager for Perspecta, and as a Special Agent for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. Michael's career in investigations began at US Investigations Services, where significant responsibilities included conducting national security investigations and managing a large team of investigators. In addition to a strong background in investigations, Michael has experience in business development and management as a Vice President/Partner at The Pub Group, LLC. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Government from William & Mary and a Master's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Regent University.
