Elizabeth Whelan

Elizabeth Whelan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Elizabeth has worked as a Business Analyst Consultant and an Associate Consultant at New York State Technology Enterprise Corporation (NYSTEC) since 2021. Prior to that, Elizabeth was an Intern at NYSTEC, as well as a Spring Intern at The Center for Leadership and Service. In 2019, they served as the Student President of the National Alliance On Mental Illness at UAlbany. Elizabeth has also worked as a Front of Store Associate at Target, a Welcoming Schools Intern at Human Rights Campaign, a Sales Associate at H&M, and an Associate at The TJX Companies, Inc. Elizabeth started their career as a Crew Member at Bow Tie Cinemas in 2017. Additionally, Elizabeth held the position of Chair of NAMI-NYS Youth Advisory Council at NAMI NYS.

Elizabeth Whelan completed their education at the University at Albany, SUNY, from 2018 to 2021. There, they pursued a degree in Public Policy and Management, with a focus on Human Services & Law and Civil Rights. Prior to attending the University at Albany, SUNY, Elizabeth Whelan studied at the State University of New York at Plattsburgh from 2017 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Gender and Women's Studies. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained a certification in Project Management Foundations from LinkedIn in December 2022.
