John Krzeminski, PHR has over 16 years of work experience in the field of human resources. John started their career as a Training and Organizational Development Specialist/Recruiter at Mohawk Valley Health System in 2003. In this role, they were responsible for training and recruitment activities.
In 2015, John joined HGS as a Human Resources Generalist. John gained experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and compensation. John also worked on talent management systems and maintained compliance with regulatory requirements.
After working at HGS for two and a half years, John became an Office Manager at Mohawk Valley Health System in 2017. John oversaw office operations, managed payroll and accounts payable, and ensured organizational efficiency.
In 2014, John started freelancing as an HR Consultant/Training & OD professional. John contributed to multiple HR projects, implemented service solutions, and provided leadership training and team development. John also acquired expertise in HRIS systems including Silkroad, AS400, KRONOS, ADP, and Lawson.
In 2018, John joined Human Technologies as an HRIS Administrator. Their responsibilities included maintaining employee records, performing database audits, and creating reports for state and federal reporting. John also assisted in the onboarding process.
Most recently, John has been working as a Human Resources Generalist at New York State Technology Enterprise Corporation (NYSTEC) since September 2019.
John Krzeminski, PHR obtained an Associates of Science (AS) degree in Liberal Arts from Mohawk Valley Community College. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in August 2017. John also obtained the Harrison Assessment Facilitator and Advisor certification from Harrison Assessments North America in November 2012, and the Certified DDI Leadership Facilitator and Trainer certification from DDI | Development Dimensions International in August 2008. Additionally, they obtained the Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging certification from LinkedIn in August 2021, and the Diversity Recruiting certification and Nano Tips for Communicating with Confidence with Selena Rezvani certification, both from LinkedIn, in August 2022.
