Kathryn Manglani

Kathryn Manglani, PMP, CSM, is a Principal Consultant at the New York State Technology Enterprise Corporation (NYSTEC) since September 2016, previously serving as a Senior Consultant. Prior experience includes roles as Requirements Lead and Management Consultant for the VistA and NYMMIS projects at CGI from November 2013 to September 2016, and serving as PMO Lead/Instructional Design Lead for the VistA Project at the New York State Office of Mental Health between June 2012 and November 2013. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Healthcare Communication and a Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies/Political Science, both from the University at Albany, SUNY. Prior studies were completed at Le Moyne College from 2006 to 2008.
