Senior Consultant, Population Health Strategy And Design at New York State Technology Enterprise Corporation (NYSTEC)

Paige Foley, MPH has a diverse work experience with roles in the fields of population health strategy, clinical quality operations, analytics, program management, provider engagement, and childhood obesity prevention. Paige is currently working as a Senior Consultant in Population Health Strategy at New York State Technology Enterprise Corporation (NYSTEC) since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at MVP Health Care where they held various roles including Manager of Clinical Quality Operations, Senior Agile Product Manager, Analytics, Professional Analytics Program Manager, and Project Coordinator for Provider Engagement. Paige also had an internship at MVP Health Care where they worked on the Medical Trend and Outcomes Council (MTOC) and conducted analysis to identify improvement opportunities in population health. Before joining MVP Health Care, Paige was a Full Time Graduate Student at the University at Albany School of Public Health from 2014 to 2016. Paige also served as a Childhood Obesity Prevention Specialist Intern at Capital District Child Care Coordinating Council where they facilitated the Farm to Preschool Program and evaluated its effectiveness through surveys. Overall, Paige Foley has a strong background in public health and has utilized their skills in strategy development, program management, analytics, and community engagement throughout their career.

Paige Foley, MPH has a Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) degree in Health Policy and Management from the University at Albany School of Public Health. Paige also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health and Wellness, General from Buffalo State University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Arts and Letters, also from Buffalo State University.
