Malini Patel

Malini Patel is currently a Data Lead at The New York Times, where they oversee the Messaging & Personalization, Homepage, and Search teams. With a strong background in data analysis and machine learning, Malini has held positions as a Senior Data Scientist at Peloton Interactive and as a Senior Analyst at A+E Networks. They began their career in the finance sector with JPMorgan Chase & Co., progressing through the Corporate Analyst Development Program. Malini is also an active volunteer at KID Museum, assisting visitors with STEM-related activities, while participating in mentorship programs within Women in Technology. Malini holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Physics from UCL and is currently enrolled in a Python programming course.
