Keizra Mecklai

Keizra Mecklai is currently an Obstetrics and Gynecology Resident at NYU Langone Health since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an Investor Fellow at Amplifyher Ventures from March 2022 to March 2023, and as a Strategy and Operations Intern at Modern Fertility from May 2022 to August 2022. Keizra has also worked as a Consultant at Foundation Medicine from May 2020 to October 2020 and an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company from July 2016 to July 2018. Additional experience includes serving as a Democratic Cloakroom Intern in the U.S. House of Representatives under Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi in May 2016. Leadership experience includes presidency of Duke Student Government from April 2015 to April 2016 and an internship in Government Relations at AAAS in May 2014. Academically, Keizra holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Harvard Medical School, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology from Duke University, complemented by an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Mira Loma High School.
