Kayla Desportes

Kayla DesPortes is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at New York University. Prior to this role, Kayla completed a PhD in Human-Centered Computing at Georgia Institute of Technology, where involvement included extensive research and study from 2013 to 2018. Additionally, Kayla has professional experience at Intel Massachusetts, Inc. as a Component Design Engineer and previously worked as a Validation Engineer Intern at Intel. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Computer Engineering from Cornell University, obtained between 2006 and 2010.
