Damon Murfitt

Damon Murfitt has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Damon began their career as an IT Graduate Trainee at Shell in 2002 and then moved on to work as a Software Developer at Avanade from 2004 to 2006. Damon then joined AKQA as a Technical Manager from 2006 to 2007. Following this, they worked as a Senior Software Developer at BNP Paribas from 2007 to 2008. Damon then served as the Software Development Manager at BankLink New Zealand from 2008 to 2010, and subsequently as the Development Project Lead from 2010 to 2013. Since 2013, Damon has been associated with NZ Funds, where they have held multiple roles including Adviser Technology Lead, Head of Information Technology, and currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer.

Damon Murfitt attended Bournemouth University from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Communication Systems.
