Andrea Conlan

Andrea Conlan serves as the Deputy Chief Executive of Strategy and Performance at NZ Police since October 2023. Prior to this role, Andrea held multiple leadership positions at ACC New Zealand from May 2011 to October 2023, including Head of Service Support, Acting DCE for Strategy, Engagement & Planning, and Head of Customer Performance. Andrea's extensive experience encompasses strategic oversight, organizational transition leadership, customer service enhancement, and procurement management across various sectors. Earlier career roles include Commercial Manager at the Ministry of Fisheries and Strategic Supplier Manager at Airwave Solutions Limited in the UK. Andrea holds degrees in Pharmacology and Management/Economics from Otago University, as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in Public Management from Victoria University.
