Joe Chetcuti

Joe Chetcuti is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as a Senior Advisor for Strategy & Transformation at NZ Police since January 2023. Prior to this role, Joe worked as a Delivery Partner at INSIDE Consulting NZ, where key projects included initiatives for NZ Police and Fire and Emergency New Zealand. Joe's experience within NZ Police also includes roles as an HR Project Consultant, focusing on critical projects such as the Firearms Amnesty Programme and COVID-19 mobilization efforts. Joe holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Development and Management from Victoria University of Wellington and has previously contributed to recruitment, organizational design, and policy development across various companies, including Hudson and Professionals Real Estate Group.
