Amanda Meade

Amanda Meade is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in the sports sector. Currently serving as a Communications Advisor for New Zealand Rugby since July 2022, Amanda previously held multiple roles including Communications Executive and Media and Events Executive at Chiefs Rugby Club, where responsibilities included media strategy coordination and event delivery. Prior experience includes managing media and marketing at Bay of Plenty Rugby Union, audience growth marketing at Fairfax Media, and various administrative roles at MediaWorks NZ and several sporting organizations. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Physical Education from the University of Otago.
