Dr. Ben O'Keeffe is a distinguished professional rugby referee and an accomplished ophthalmologist, serving as a Professional Rugby Referee for New Zealand Rugby since August 2013, where notable achievements include being the most capped New Zealand Rugby Referee with 231 First Class Games, 100 Super Rugby Games, and 50 Test Matches. As an International Rugby Referee for World Rugby since January 2016, Dr. O'Keeffe officiated significant events such as the 2019 and 2023 Rugby World Cups.
