Kerry Small

ACC Programme Manager at NZ Rugby

Kerry Small has extensive experience in health and safety management, currently serving as the ACC Programme Manager for the New Zealand Rugby Union since August 2003, overseeing health and safety systems for contracted professional players and staff. Kerry has been an Individual Member of the NZ Institute of Safety Management since 2007, appointed as Wellington NZISM Branch Secretary in mid-2019. Previously, Kerry held the position of National Operations Manager at CRM Group Ltd from 1996 to 2002 and various roles at the Accident Compensation Corporation from 1988 to 1996. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Occupational Health and Safety from the University of Newcastle, a Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety Management from the Employers and Manufacturing Association Learning, and a Diploma in Therapeutic Radiography from the Central Institute of Technology.
