Melissa Hoey

Melissa Hoey is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Programme Coordinator at NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi since June 2023, and previously held the role of Senior Project Coordinator at NZ Police until June 2023. Additionally, Melissa has been the Director of Bloomin Beautiful NZ Limited since May 2020, managing a flower farm in Whitemans Valley. With a solid background in project coordination and management across various organizations, including the Ministry of Justice, ACC, and the Ministry of Education, Melissa has developed expertise in stakeholder management, event management, and general project administration. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Management from Victoria University of Wellington and a secondary education from Paraparaumu College.
