Robyn Elston

Robyn Elston is an experienced leader in service delivery and customer services within the transportation and banking sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Design Customer Services and previously as the National Manager of Delivery at NZ Transport Agency since February 2012, Robyn has a strong focus on enhancing access to New Zealand's land transport network. Robyn's extensive background includes positions such as General Manager of Contact Centre at ANZ and GM Operations at AMP, along with other leadership roles at Jacques Martin New Zealand and AXA New Zealand. Robyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Māori Studies and Religious Studies from Massey University, completed between 1976 and 1979.
