Sara Goessi

Sara Goessi is an accomplished communications and engagement manager with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Customer, Communications & Engagement Manager - Engagement and Partnerships at Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency since April 2020, Sara has previously held key positions including Senior Internal Communications Advisor at Countdown Supermarkets and VP of Global Communications & Marketing at EROAD, where contribution to the world's first nationwide electronic road user charging system was notable. Additional experience includes roles at Swaytech, IDG Communications NZ, and self-employment, focusing on communications strategy, content development, and project management. Sara holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in English from The University of Auckland.
