Additionally, Michelle holds the position of Administration Manager at Inlet Residential Ltd, overseeing office administration and accounting processes. Previous roles include Registration Specialist at APEC 2021 New Zealand, Training Executive and International Travel Consultant at Orbit World Travel, and various senior positions at FCm Travel Solutions, Air New Zealand, Business Travel International, Signature Travel, and AA Travel Ltd. Michelle's broad skill set encompasses training development, client relationship management, and operational efficiency, with a strong focus on enhancing the client experience.
