Kat Blackburn

Kat Blackburn is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in customer experience and commercial engagement. Currently serving as the Senior Marketing Manager B2B - Retention & Engagement and Head of Commercial Engagement at New Zealand Media & Entertainment (NZME) since June 2022, Kat has successfully led initiatives focused on client retention and engagement. Prior to this role, Kat held positions at MediaWorks NZ from January 2018 to June 2022, including CX and Loyalty Manager, where responsibilities involved developing customer experience strategies and implementing marketing automation. Kat also coordinated client events as a Client Engagement & Events Coordinator within the Trade Marketing team. Academically, Kat holds a Bachelor of Arts in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts from The University of Auckland, obtained between 2014 and 2017.
