Shawn Borsky

Shawn Borsky has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Shawn currently works as the Vice President of Design at NZXT, Inc. since May 2020. Prior to that, they were a Partner in Design at Evline starting from May 2017.

Shawn also has a significant freelance and contract work experience. Shawn has been providing services such as creative direction, art direction, brand design, web design, design consulting, user experience guidance, and general design needs through their own venture called The Borsky, which they started in February 2002.

Before their current roles, Shawn worked at Blizzard Entertainment from April 2019 to May 2020. During their time there, they held various positions including Group Product Manager for Data & Integration Services, Managing Initiative Director for Mobile Readiness, Group Design Manager for Platform & Services, and Design Lead for Mobile.

Prior to Blizzard Entertainment, Shawn worked as the Creative Director at Upsight from December 2013 to July 2015. Shawn was responsible for supervising and mentoring the in-house design and product team, as well as managing marketing websites.

Shawn also held the position of Lead Designer at HotelTonight from June 2012 to December 2013, where they designed mobile interfaces, web tools, marketing websites, and solved multi-platform user experience challenges.

Before HotelTonight, Shawn worked as the Lead Designer at LegalReach from January 2012 to June 2012, overseeing the design of product flows, branding, visual designs, and front-end implementation for a web product targeting attorneys.

Additionally, Shawn served as the Lead UI/UX Designer at Rivet Games from February 2011 to January 2012, where they supervised all user interface production materials for multiple cross-platform game projects.

Shawn's earlier experience includes founding Anthem Design Group, an independent digital agency in Atlanta, where they served as the Founder and CEO from January 2008 to February 2011. Shawn also worked as a Freelance Design Writer for Spyre Studios and Smashing Magazine from 2010 to 2011.

Shawn Borsky obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Interactive Design & Game Development from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
