Liam Knudsen

Liam Knudsen is a geologist at the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) since May 2019, focusing on critical minerals research under the USMIN project. Additionally, Liam serves as a research technician at the University of Idaho and has been a river guide for OARS Companies, Inc. since July 2016. Previous experience includes working as a mechanic for the Palouse Bicycle Collective from June 2015 to May 2017 and as a lab technician at the University of Idaho from August 2014 to May 2015. Liam holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology with an option in Hydrogeology from the University of Idaho, obtained in 2018, and also attended Western Michigan University in 2018.
