Joy Manga has a diverse background in customer service and administrative roles spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Call Center Representative II at O Bee Credit Union since May 2021, Joy has also held positions at America's Credit Union and Affinity at Olympia. Previous experience includes coordinating floral arrangements at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas and serving as Assistant Buyer at Caesars Entertainment Corporation. Joy began a career in the hospitality industry at Wynn Las Vegas and developed managerial skills at D'Michial Salon. Joy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Miriam College between 1992 and 1996.
