Bhabani Panda

Bhabani Panda has extensive work experience in the field of product and software engineering. Bhabani currently works at O.C. Tanner as the Director of Product & Software Engineering, a role they have held since June 2020. Prior to this, Bhabani was the Head of Engineering - Thanks Platform at O.C. Tanner from May 2019 to May 2020. Before joining O.C. Tanner, Bhabani worked at Kwench - Employee Engagement Redefined, where they held various positions including CISO & Product Head from May 2016 to April 2019, Product Manager from March 2014 to April 2016, Sr. Software Engineer from April 2012 to March 2014, and Software Engineer from October 2010 to March 2012.

Bhabani Panda completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from BPUT, Orissa, from 2006 to 2010.
