Caitlin Ahne-Hawley

Caitlin Ahne-Hawley is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in managing marketing functions and executing strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as the Marketing Manager for Australia & New Zealand at O.C. Tanner since November 2021, Caitlin has led account-based marketing strategies and co-created a successful webinar series. Previous roles include Marketing Manager at Circle In, where Caitlin built the marketing function and achieved remarkable lead generation results, and positions as Marketing Specialist and Coordinator at Mentor Education and Emerging IT, respectively. Caitlin's expertise also extends to digital marketing, having optimized social advertising campaigns and led SEO and PPC initiatives at Sealite Pty Ltd and Hotondo Homes. Educationally, Caitlin is pursuing a Master's in Business Psychology at the University of Newcastle, complementing a strong foundation in Public Relations and Event Management.
