Josh McEwan

Josh McEwan is an experienced professional in manufacturing process and product development, currently serving as the Director at O.C. Tanner since May 2007. In this role, Josh collaborates between Marketing and Production to create innovative in-house awards that reflect the achievements of recipients, while also developing unique production processes to differentiate the company’s offerings in the market. Prior to this, Josh worked as a Helicopter Crew Chief for the Army Civilian Service from December 2001 to August 2003, where responsibilities included performing routine maintenance and managing helicopter log books. Josh holds a degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Brigham Young University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
