Rebecca Clayton

Rebecca Clayton is a seasoned design professional with over 20 years of experience in user experience and interactive design. Currently serving as a Principal UX Designer at O.C. Tanner, Rebecca has held multiple roles in the design field, including Senior User Experience Designer and UX Designer. From January 2012 to the present, Rebecca has operated as a freelance interactive designer and front-end developer. Previous positions include Team Lead at TenantCloud, Lead Designer at Rentler, Senior Interactive Designer at Welikesmall, and Senior Interactive Designer at Struck. Early career roles involved web design for companies such as WNSI, Overstock.com, and Icon Health and Fitness. Rebecca holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Utah State University, awarded in 2003.
