David Johnson

David Johnson is an accomplished engineering executive with extensive experience in the firearms industry. Currently serving as VP of Engineering at O. F. Mossberg & Sons, Inc. since March 2018, David previously held leadership roles at Colt's Manufacturing Company LLC as Director, and at SigSauer as VP of Engineering, overseeing product engineering activities related to firearms, air guns, and silencers. David's earlier career includes serving as Senior Director of Product Development and Senior Director of Engineering Operations at Ruger Firearms, and Director of Engineering and Quality at Colt's Manufacturing Company and FN Manufacturing. David holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
