Jim Mattson

Jim Mattson currently serves as the Regional General Manager at O'Neal Manufacturing Services since June 2023. Prior to this role, Jim held multiple positions at Iowa Laser Technology within the O'Neal Manufacturing Services Division, including General Manager and Production Manager since February 2015, overseeing various departments such as Sheet Laser, Custom Laser, and Production Scheduling. From June 2005 to February 2015, Jim was the Product Manager, managing Purchasing, Logistics, and Inventory departments, and earlier served as Materials Buyer and Electronics Technician from August 1994 to June 2005. Jim holds a Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Northern Iowa and an Associate's Degree in Avionic Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
