Matthew Drayer

Matthew Drayer has extensive experience in project management and right-of-way acquisition. Currently serving as a Project Manager at ORC since June 2016, Matthew has held various roles including Assistant Project Manager, Lead Right of Way Agent, and Junior Right of Way Agent, with responsibilities encompassing the interpretation of construction plans, preparation of legal documentation for right-of-way acquisitions, and advising property owners on the impact of infrastructure projects. Prior experience includes a Land Intern position at Artex Oil Company where duties involved reviewing lease files, data entry in land management software, and conducting courthouse research. Matthew holds a degree in Land & Energy Management with a focus on Land Use Planning and Management/Development from Marietta College and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Washington State College of Ohio.
