Paul Lenski has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Paul began their career as a Corporate Training Manager and Assistant General Manager at Burgers LLC, where they managed a $3.0 million restaurant location and developed a crew development program. Paul then worked at Youth Villages as the East Tennessee Training & Compliance Manager, overseeing training, compliance, and recruitment. After that, they joined Held Law Firm as a Business Attorney, where they worked on contracts, business formations, and client management. Paul later became a Partner/Attorney at DW Lenski Law Group, PLLC, focusing on estate planning, business needs, and negotiating contracts. Paul then transitioned to Phillips Infrastructure Holdings, Inc. as a Contract Manager, managing complex agreements for their family of companies. Currently, they are the Director of Contract Administration at ORC, responsible for contract development, risk management, and documentation management. Paul Lenski also has experience as an Affiliate Professor at Johnson University.
Paul Lenski earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Interpersonal & Organizational Communications from Great Lakes Christian College in the years 2003 to 2007. From 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Organizational Psychology & Development at Walden University. Later, from 2014 to 2017, Paul obtained a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Lincoln Memorial University. Additionally, in 2017, they obtained a License to Practice Law from the Board of Professional Responsibility of the Supreme Court of Tennessee.
