Cryptography Engineer at O(1) Labs

Anaïs Querol has a diverse work experience in the field of cryptography and mathematics. Anaïs has worked as a Cryptography Engineer at O(1) Labs since November 2021. Prior to that, they were a Zero Knowledge Proofs Consultant at Arbolus in April 2022. Anaïs also worked as a Professor of computer science and mathematics at Escuela de Pensamiento Matemático Miguel de Guzmán from September to December 2021.

Anaïs has a strong research background as an Investigador predoctoral at IMDEA Software Institute from October 2018 to November 2021. Anaïs also worked as a Cryptography Consultant at QEDIT in July to September 2019. Furthermore, they gained experience as a Research Intern at Inria from March to August 2018.

Anaïs Querol has a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, and mathematics. Anaïs began their higher education journey at the Universidad Politénica de Madrid, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Informatics from 2013 to 2017. During this time, they also attended the University of Cambridge's International Summer School in 2014 to study computational and applied mathematics.

Anaïs continued their academic pursuits at the Université Paris Cité, where they completed a Parisian Master's in Computer Science Research, focusing on their passion for computer science. Anaïs then returned to the Universidad Politénica de Madrid for their PhD, which they began in 2018 and is currently pursuing in the field of computer science.

Before their university studies, Anaïs attended the IES San Mateo in Madrid, where they obtained a Bachiller de Excelencia with a scientific and technological focus in 2013. Anaïs also gained a strong foundation in mathematics and computer science at the Escuela de Pensamiento Matemático Miguel de Guzmán from 2010 to 2012.

Furthermore, Anaïs has engaged in additional certifications to broaden their skillset. Anaïs completed a course in Digital Photography through Alison - Free Online Learning in February 2017. In October 2016, they attained fluency estimates through Duolingo in both French and Italian. Additionally, Anaïs holds a Certificate in Advanced English from Cambridge University Press, which they obtained in December 2013. Lastly, in June 2005, they acquired proficiency in typing.
