Nicole Farrar

Nicole Farrar serves as Co-CEO of o1Labs since August 2021, focusing on solving complex problems, providing legal advice, and overseeing business operations and strategy. Prior to this role, Nicole held significant positions in various organizations, including General Counsel at Anchorage and Deputy General Counsel at Coinbase. Experience also includes roles such as Associate General Counsel in Regulatory Affairs at LendingClub and Neat Capital, and General Counsel and Vice President at Paragon Legal. Additional background encompasses positions as Senior Corporate Counsel at Wilbur-Ellis Company and Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, as well as Associate roles at McGuireWoods. Nicole holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and an MBA with a focus on Entrepreneurship from the University of California, Berkeley, alongside a B.S. in Biology, French, and Architecture from Tulane University. Nicole further enhanced business acumen through an Executive Education course in Venture Capital at the Haas School of Business.
