Michael Gillespie

Michael Gillespie, PE, is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the engineering and consulting fields. Currently serving as the Owner of Gillie Consulting Services, LLC since November 2021, Michael also holds the position of Chair for the ASHRAE Multi-Task Group for Controlled Environmental Agriculture, and acts as an Advisor to the Board for O2 Natural Air LLC. Previous roles include Vice President of Capital Projects at Parallel, Engineering Manager at Thielsch Engineering, and Chief Engineer at Upcycle Technologies, Inc., where innovative waste-to-energy technologies were developed. Michael's early career included significant contributions at AECOM and Chu & Gassman Consulting Engineers. Michael holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical - Thermal Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Marine Engineering Systems from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
