Greg Brown has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Greg started their career at Shaw Communications as a Supervisor of Technical Support from November 2005 to February 2009. Greg then joined Kelly Services as an Operations Manager for LifeScan Canada, where they managed contact center operations and a team of Customer Service and Marketing representatives from November 2010 to June 2015. Currently, Greg is working at O2E Brands as the Director of Sales Center Operations. In this role, they lead the Workforce Management and Call Quality Assurance teams, supporting multiple brands and provinces since June 2015. Greg is known for their ability to drive sales performance and improve customer experience through continuous improvement initiatives.

Greg Brown attended Ashton College in 2010, where they earned a diploma in Human Resources Management.
