Santhosh Kumar

Santhosh Kumar is a seasoned scientific professional with extensive experience in the field of chemistry and research. Currently serving as a Scientific Manager at o2h discovery since April 2025, Santhosh previously held several key positions at Aragen Life Sciences from November 2018 to March 2025, including Scientific Lead and Senior Research Associate. Prior roles include Senior Research Associate 1 and Research Associate at Jubilant Chemsys Limited from July 2016 to November 2018, and Research Chemist at TCG Lifesciences from April 2015 to June 2016. Santhosh's career began at Dr Reddy's Custom Pharmaceutical Services, where work focused on synthesizing target molecules, process feasibility, and compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines. Santhosh holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Organic Chemistry and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, and Biotechnology from Osmania University.
