Josh Girvin

Josh Girvin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Josh currently serves as the Chairperson of the Board at Innovation Depot. Previously, they were the CEO of O3 Solution, where they oversaw the management of industrial capital assets and facilitated continuous improvement. Josh also worked as an Advisor at EPC Lens, counseling management on operational excellence and enterprise opportunities. Additionally, they were the CEO of Girvin Consulting, providing professional services in product management, market strategy, process optimization, and technology selection. Earlier in their career, they held the role of Senior Vice President of Product & Market Strategy at Atlas RFID Solutions, where they developed and marketed a material control application. Prior to that, they worked as an Analyst at Novak Biddle Venture Partners, providing equity financing and assistance to early-stage technology companies. Josh also founded Proximities, Inc. and served as a Founder. Josh started their career as a Construction Supervisor at Habitat for Humanity of Monroe County.

Josh Girvin obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Princeton University, where they studied from 2001 to 2004.
