Lauren Clover

Lauren Clover is an accomplished Talent Acquisition Manager at o9 Solutions, Inc., with a robust background in recruitment and talent management since July 2021. Prior to this role, Lauren served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Boston Consulting Group, leading recruitment efforts for the Miami office from January 2018 to July 2021, overseeing the entire recruiting process for various talent pipelines. Earlier experience includes roles as a Behavioral Therapist and Music Therapist at the Cadenza Center for Psychotherapy and the Arts, and as a Teaching Artist at the Miami Music Project, where a commitment to enhancing children's academic and personal development through music education was demonstrated. Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Therapy from Florida State University, obtained in 2014.
