Jeff Arbuckle

Jeff Arbuckle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and construction management, currently serving as Senior Director at OAC Services, Inc. since February 2024. Previously, Jeff held various managerial positions at King County Metro Transit from July 2017 to February 2024, including overseeing a $100 million annual capital improvement program and playing a pivotal role in the development of a $1.2 billion Facilities Master Plan. Jeff's background includes significant roles at Walt Disney Imagineering, where responsibilities encompassed technical direction and stakeholder requirements for facilities in Shanghai and Hong Kong, as well as freelance consulting for domestic and international attractions. Jeff holds an MFA in Technical Direction from the California Institute of the Arts and a BA in Communications from Sul Ross State University.
