Wade Smith

Wade Smith, Ed.D., currently serves as the Senior Director for Education at OAC Services, Inc., a position held since 2025. A seasoned educator and consultant, Wade founded EJS Consulting LLC in July 2015, which specializes in providing targeted services for school districts and organizations, focusing on long-term facilities planning and related areas. Previous experience includes roles as Superintendent at Walla Walla Public Schools from July 2016 to June 2025, Deputy/Interim Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent for Support Services at Hermiston School District #8R from July 2007 to June 2016, and Assistant Superintendent and Principal at Morrow County School District from July 2002 to June 2007. Wade's academic credentials include a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Concordia University Chicago and degrees in Educational Leadership from Lewis & Clark College and in Chemistry/Education from Willamette University.
