Charlotte McInnes

Charlotte McInnes is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational leadership, currently serving as the Director of People and Capability at the Office of the Auditor-General in New Zealand since July 2022. Prior to this role, Charlotte held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at The Teaching Council from June 2018 to July 2022 and was a Director at McInnes-Stone Consulting from March 2015 to July 2022. Notably, Charlotte also served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief HR Officer at Ngā Taonga Sound & Vision between January 2016 and June 2018. Educationally, Charlotte earned a Bachelor's degree in Arts from Victoria University of Wellington from 1993 to 1996.
