Jen Broster

Jen Broster is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the People Operations Manager at the Office of the Auditor-General in New Zealand since April 2010. Throughout tenure, Jen has held multiple roles, including Principal Advisor, Acting Director of People and Capability, and Senior Advisor, focusing on supporting staff and management on employment-related matters while leading various cross-business initiatives.
