Melissa Torres, CRC, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Ecology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the years 1998 to 2002. Prior to that, they attended Northern Illinois University from 1996 to 1998, where they studied Accounting. Recently, in 2017, they earned the RMA Credit Risk Certification from the Risk Management Association. Melissa also holds a Certificate of Loan Review from BAI, although the specific details of when and where they obtained it are not provided. Currently, Melissa is pursuing further education at the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, anticipated to be completed in 2023.
