Currently serving as General Manager at Oak Creek Homes since January 2023, Monty has also held the position of Assistant General Manager at the same company. Simultaneously, Monty has been the President of Lawn Doctor of College Station Bryan Brenham since October 2021. Prior to these roles, Monty served as General Manager at Palm Harbor Homes from November 2014 to October 2021.
