Klara Bezhani has a diverse work experience, starting their career in 1998 as a Project Coordinator at the Human Rights Organization AHRC. Klara then transitioned to the role of Financial Coordinator at New England Dental Group in 2003, where they worked until 2011. From 2013 to 2016, Klara served as the Practice Management Director at Dental Bright Advanced Family Dentistry. Klara then joined 42 North Dental as a Regional Manager from 2017 to 2020. In 2020, Klara became a Dental Consultant and Recruiter at Dental Consulting. Currently, they are working at Oak Dental Partners as a Talent Acquisition Manager and will transition to the role of Director of Talent Acquisition in 2023.
Klara Bezhani completed an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Quinsigamond Community College in 2011. The company improves the lives of affiliated doctors by providing industry leading non-clinical business support services and enabling doctors to focus on patient care. With ample capital and outstanding leadership, Oak Dental Partners is executing a strategic plan to grow throughout the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southwest. The company’s business model is to partner with established, reputable dental offices and add or bolster orthodontics, oral surgery, and specialty services. In August of 2021, the company changed its name from Children & Teen Dental Group to Oak Dental Partners. Though the rebrand changed the name at the DSO-level, Children & Teen Dental Group will forever live on as a standalone division of the company solely focused on pediatric dentistry and orthodontics.
