To do this we only use the very finest ingredients, such as Italian 00 pizza flour, San Marzano tomatoes, quality Irish meats, pepperoni, salamis, home cooked ham, local chicken, as well as fresh oak roasted vegetables and a wide selection of cheeses, including Macroom mozzarella. We use kiln dried hard wood, mostly oak and some birch in our Italian wood fired oven to bake your pizza at a blistering 500 degrees.
