Adriana Craciun

Adriana Craciun is a seasoned professional in organisational development and capacity building, currently serving as the Senior Adviser/Head of Organisational Strengthening and Effectiveness at Oak Foundation since February 2013. Under Adriana's leadership, the foundation has made significant financial contributions to social justice and environmental initiatives worldwide. Previous roles include serving as a Senior Adviser at Prospect C&S, where Adriana coordinated a major environmental project and developed reporting guidelines, and as LIFE-INF & LIFE-TCY Coordinator at Astrale GEIE, overseeing quality in monitoring and evaluation for numerous EU projects. Adriana's experience also includes leading the Global Environmental Facility, Small Grant Programme in Romania and holding various management positions at the Regional Environmental Center for Central and Eastern Europe. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Training and Organisational Performance from the University of Leicester and an Engineer’s Degree in Infrastructure from Universitatea Tehnică de Construcții București.
