Virginia Ruan has extensive experience in communications, currently serving as the Head of Communications at Oak Foundation since April 2011, where responsibilities include leading and implementing strategic communications initiatives. Virginia holds a Master of Arts in Communication, Culture, and Technology from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
