William Francis

William Francis has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. William served as a Director of Law Enforcement Services at Oak Grove Technologies, where they engaged with government and commercial clients to provide customized business and training solutions. Prior to this, they worked as an Instructor in Law Enforcement Services at the same company, providing instruction to various law enforcement tactical teams.

Before joining Oak Grove Technologies, William was an Executive Protection Program Manager at Eagle Security Group. In this role, they developed and implemented comprehensive executive protection plans for high net worth individuals and corporate CEOs.

William also has an extensive background in law enforcement, having served as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for 20 years. During their tenure, they held multiple operational and leadership roles, including 17 years with the FBI's elite Hostage Rescue Team.

Prior to their career in law enforcement, William worked as a Tax Manager at Deloitte and served as a Sergeant in the 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne) of the US Army.

William Francis completed their education from 1987 to 1991 at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Master of Science in Accounting, specializing in the field of Business.
